TYPOGRAFIE 2024 is a conceptual type and design conference hosted by the International Council of Design in the city of Amsterdam. The visual identity of TYPOGRAFIE is inspired by years of design history across dozens of countries and cultures. The nontraditional utilization of a wide range of typefaces works to demonstrate the true varying power of different fonts used in different ways.

‘TYPOGRAPHY’ is spelled in Dutch to highlight the location and diversity of the conference. With the inclusion of elements such as typewriter art and aged printmaking patterns, the conference’s identity becomes timeless through its varied approach. This conference would therein explore the development of typography over the years and how past design influences future design.
